Zeraya Privacy Policy

Zeraya is made by Inspirante Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us”). This policy is short because our approach is simple: your data stays on your device. We do not collect anything.

1. What we collect: nothing.

We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no login, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that receive your data. The app makes no network connections of its own; the only network activity is Apple’s own App Store and purchase system.

2. What stays on your device.

To generate your readings, the app asks for your name, birth date, and — optionally — birth time, birth place, and an intention, and lets you save people for relationship reflections. All of this is stored only in the app’s local storage on your device. It is used solely to generate readings on your device. It never leaves your device, and we have no way to access it.

3. Purchases.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple account. We never see your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is described in Apple’s privacy policy. Your purchase entitlement is read from Apple’s system on your device; we operate no server that records it.

4. Deleting your data.

Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes all of its data. You can also erase everything without deleting the app using Settings → Reset All Data inside the app. There is nothing for us to delete on any server, because no server exists.

5. Children.

Zeraya is designed for adults reflecting on their own lives and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone — including children — because we collect no data at all.

6. Your rights.

Privacy laws in various regions (such as GDPR and CCPA) grant rights over personal data that companies hold about you. We hold none. If you have questions about this policy, contact us and we will answer.

7. Changes to this policy.

If a future version of the app ever changes this approach (for example, optional cloud sync), we will update this policy first, state clearly what changed, and any new data feature will be opt-in.

因为一切都保存在你的设备上，删除应用即删除其全部数据。你也可以在应用内通过 设置 → 重置全部数据 清除所有内容而无需删除应用。我们的服务器上没有任何可删除的内容——因为服务器并不存在。

星盘知己面向反思自身生活的成年人，并非为儿童设计。我们不会在知情的情况下收集任何人的数据——包括儿童——因为我们根本不收集数据。

6. 你的权利。
