Zeraya Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Zeraya app, made by Inspirante Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us”). By using the app you agree to them.

1. What Zeraya is — and is not.

Zeraya is an instrument for symbolic self-reflection and entertainment. It generates readings by combining motifs from psychology, world traditions, and timing systems into reflective language. Its readings describe tendencies and offer perspectives; they are not predictions and not professional advice of any kind — not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or replaces the judgment of a qualified professional. If a decision matters to your health, finances, legal position, or safety, consult a qualified professional. Your choices remain your own, and responsibility for your decisions stays with you.

2. Subscriptions and purchases.

Optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual) unlock premium content. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device’s App Store subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Purchases are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), available at Apple’s website, and Apple’s Media Services Terms.

3. Ownership.

The app, its reading engine, template libraries, text, design, names, and marks belong to Inspirante Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store terms. You may share your own readings socially; you may not extract, scrape, reproduce, or resell the app’s content libraries or engine, or use them to build a competing dataset or product.

4. Acceptable use.

Do not: reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its purchase mechanisms except where law permits; misrepresent the app’s output as professional advice to others; use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harass or make determinations about another person. The Bonds feature reflects on relationships from your perspective; it makes no claims about another person’s character or conduct and must not be presented otherwise.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspirante Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for decisions you make or actions you take in reliance on the app’s content; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Changes.

We may update the app and these terms. For material changes we will update the effective date and present the revised terms in the app or on our site; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.

7. Termination.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end availability of the app or features, and may terminate this license if you breach these terms.

8. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence remains unaffected.
