Common questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the paywall or Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple account, so they follow you to a new device automatically.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your device. Zeraya has no accounts, no login, and no servers — see our privacy policy. To erase everything, use Settings → Reset All Data inside the app, or simply delete the app.
I have a question about a reading.
Every reading includes a “Signals combined” view showing exactly which lenses produced it. Readings are reflective perspectives, not predictions or professional advice. If something reads wrong or unclear, we genuinely want to hear about it.
